How do I order custom jewelry?
Whether you know exactly what you want or don't know where to start, we're here to make the perfect jewelry for you. Just tell us what you're looking for, or if you don't know, tell us what you like and we'll send pictures/bead samples for you to choose from. Once you approve the design, we start making it....just for you!

We currently accept PayPal and Google Checkout.

How long until I recieve my jewelry?
Ready-made items will ship in 3-4 business days after placing order. Custom jewelry will depend on detail and quantity.

Do you accept returns?
Our goal is for you to be 100% in love with the jewelry you purchase. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we'll gladly accept returns on READY-MADE items, for refund or credit, minus shipping and handling. We CANNOT accept returns on custom jewelry, as each piece is tailored to individual tastes.

Do you offer any kind of payment plans?
Yes! We do offer a lay-away option. Put down any amount you like, you set when and how much you pay. On ready-made items, we will ship when balance is paid in full. On custom jewelry, we will start making jewelry when order is 50% paid, and ship when paid in full. Cancellation fee will apply to orders where payment is not completed. Fee varies by order. Contact us to set up lay-away!
